You can place purchases via fairefroufrou.com or by calling Faire Frou Frou directly at 1-818-981-3727. We currently ship anywhere in the United States, Canada or Mexico.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
o All sales are final (no refunds).
o Returned items are for store credit only.
o We gladly exchange or issue store credit on NON-SALE BRAS ONLY.
o We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any intimate items containing a crotch (such as panties, swimwear, boy shorts, g-strings, thongs and pants).
o Exchange items and those returned for store credit must not have been worn, have price tags intact, and original receipt.
o Furthermore, we only accept exchanges or returns for store credit on items purchased through the mail if they are returned within 12 days of shipping date (the policy is 7 days for items purchased in the Studio City store location).
o Items purchased with a store credit are final sales.
o All mark down /‘sale/’ items are final sales.
o Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable on all orders. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
o Faire Frou Frou will not issue store credit to a third party.
Internet sales can be returned for store credit OR exchanged by mailing your item(s) and a copy of your invoice to:

If exchanging an item, for the new item requested please indicate the Style Number, Description, Color, Size and Quantity desired. For the item being returned or exchanged, please indicate the reason.
Items purchased online can also be exchanged or returned for store credit in person at the Studio City store.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Faire Frou Frou and fairefroufrou.com accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover as valid means of payment. We can only redeem Faire Frou Frou gift certificates in the Studio City store or by phone. The online store does not accept checks, cash or money orders for payment.
SALES TAX:
Sales tax is only charged to states where Faire Frou Frou has a physical presence. Currently this is only California.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
For every purchase placed on fairefroufrou.com, a $5.00 non-refundable handling fee is charged. In addition to the handling fee, a non-refundable shipping charge is also incurred based on the total amount of items purchased. |
